How it works

Due to high demand, limited spaces for made to order are open on a monthly basis.

Check the next opening date and set a reminder so you don't miss out.

Items are marked as sold out once I get fully booked for the month.

Orders are sent in batches on a weekly basis in no particular order. The turnaround time is usually up to 35 days, before posting, but please always check that information on the product page.

You’ll receive an email with the tracking number when your order is ready, please allow the turnaround time.

You must check terms & conditions before ordering.

There's no waiting list to hopefully give everyone a fair chance to order.

Tips to secure a slot

The openings are normally at 8pm, set an alarm and be logged on a few minutes before. People are fast and start to checkout in the very first seconds.

Have a look at the website and choose your items/colours in advance so on the opening days you just add to basket and checkout. There’s no much time for browsing, I’m afraid.

Shopify doesn’t have the function to secure baskets when shopping, it’s fastest checkout first.

Apple, Google and Shop Pay are the fastest ways to complete online purchases, allowing users to pay without manually entering payment or shipping details.
