Cancellations
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations for made to order and personalised products. Made to order products are bespoke, you choose the colours, accessories and personalisation, therefore the traditional 14-day cooling off period does not apply. As such, we are not obliged to offer a full refund for any of our products.
At our discretion, we will accept cancellations for non personalised ready to buy items if the product has not been despatched yet.
If you wish to make a change to the product(s) you have ordered please contact us as soon as possible. If a change is possible, we will make you aware of any additional costs and changes to the timing of the processing or delivery of your order.
